00Engagement
How buying works. No packages, no surprises.
Every Worcia build is quoted as one fixed price after a short, fixed-fee diagnostic. Here’s what drives the cost, what you’re committing to at each step, and how payments and refunds work.
01How you buy
Three commitments, each one smaller than the last.
01 · Free
Growth Call
30 minutes. Where your revenue leaks, whether we can fix it, and the Blueprint fee, quoted on the call.
02 · Fixed fee
Growth Blueprint
Fixed fee, quoted on your Growth Call, credited toward your Build Sprint. Ends with a fixed-price quote you can take or leave.
03 · Fixed price
Build Sprint
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed targets. Paid by milestone, each one defined and demonstrated before the next.
02What drives cost
Four things set the price. None of them is guesswork.
The Blueprint measures each one before we quote.
- Scope
- Which services and modules, and how many processes they cover. The Blueprint ranks opportunities so you build the ones that pay back first.
- Integrations
- How many tools the system connects to, and whether they have reliable APIs. Clean APIs are quick; legacy systems take longer.
- Volume
- Calls, messages and leads per month drive usage costs (telephony, AI models, messaging) and how much tuning the agents need.
- Custom software
- Where nothing off the shelf fits, we build it: portals, internal tools, data models. It's the biggest single cost driver when it's needed.
03The fixed-quote promise
The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
If we underestimated our own work, we absorb it.
If you want something new, it’s quoted as a variation before it’s built, and you can decline it.
Small refinements inside a milestone (wording, thresholds, layout) are part of the work and never billed.
04After launch
Scale Partnership: optional, monthly, easy to leave.
Monthly optimisation of agents, sequences and workflows; new automations as the business changes; a monthly report against your targets; support and fixes. Billed monthly. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
You don’t need it to keep what you’ve built. Everything is documented and handed over at Launch, and each deliverable is yours as its invoice is paid.
Founding Partners · intake open
Preferential pricing for our first clients.
A limited intake of early clients get preferential pricing. In return, you agree to a published case study of your results: real numbers, measured from your baseline, with your approval before anything is published.
Every Founding Partner case study discloses the benefit you received. No countdown timers, no invented scarcity: when the intake is full, this page says so.
Ask about it on your Growth Call.
05Payments and refunds
The short version.
The full terms are in the Refund & Payment Policy and the Terms.
- The Growth Blueprint is a fixed fee, credited toward your Build Sprint if you go ahead.
- A Build Sprint's initial payment reserves your build slot and covers onboarding. It isn't refundable.
- Milestones are invoiced on agreement and paid before each starts. Unstarted, paid milestones are refunded in full if the engagement ends.
- Work delivered or in progress isn't pro-rated, but everything built is handed over in a usable state.
- Late invoices pause the work after 14 days; nothing new transfers while an invoice is open.
- Each deliverable becomes yours when the invoice that covers it is paid.
Questions
Why don't you publish prices?
Because a fair price depends on your scope, integrations, volume and any custom software. A published package would either overcharge simple builds or underquote complex ones. You get a fixed quote after the Growth Blueprint, before any build starts.
What does the fixed-quote promise cover?
The Build Sprint price in your quote is the price for the scope it describes. If we underestimated our own work, that's on us. If you change the scope, the change is quoted before it's built.
How do payments work?
The Blueprint is a fixed fee. A Build Sprint starts with an initial payment that reserves your build slot, then milestones are invoiced and paid before each one starts. The Scale Partnership is billed monthly.
What's refundable?
Any milestone you've paid for that we haven't started is refunded in full if the engagement ends. The initial payment and work delivered or in progress are not. The policy explains exactly why.
Do I have to replace my current software?
No. If a tool has an API and your team uses it, we connect it. We replace something only when it is the thing holding you back, and we migrate your data when we do.
