Accessibility
Worcia's accessibility commitment for worcia.com and Worcia Console: our WCAG 2.2 AA target, what we have done, known limits, and how to report a problem.
Effective 18 October 2026
1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use worcia.com and Worcia Console, our client portal, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Our target is Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
2. What we have done
- Keyboard access. Links, buttons, forms and menus are built to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. A "skip to content" link lets you bypass the navigation. Site search opens with ⌘K, Ctrl+K or the / key.
- Structure. Pages use real headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can navigate them, and content is rendered on the server, so it is readable before scripts load.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off smooth scrolling and decorative animation. You can also pause motion on the site with its own control, and we remember your choice in your browser.
- Contrast and themes. We choose text and background colors to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both the day and night themes, and we do not rely on color alone to convey meaning.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Captions. The site has no video or audio with speech today. If we add any, it will have captions or a transcript.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label. Errors are described in text, next to the field they concern.
- Zoom and small screens. Text can be enlarged with browser zoom, and layouts adapt to small screens without sideways scrolling.
3. Known limitations
We test with keyboard-only navigation and automated accessibility audits as we build, and we fix issues as we find them. We have not yet had an independent audit, so some issues may remain. Areas we know need care:
- Third-party components. The Zoho booking scheduler (when configured) and Cloudflare Turnstile's anti-abuse check (when enabled) are provided by third parties, and we cannot fully control their accessibility. If either gets in your way, email or call us and we will book your call or take your inquiry directly.
- Animated content. Some pages include animated demonstrations, such as the labeled demo transcript in the Lab. Their content is also available as text, and they respect your motion settings.
- PDF downloads. PDFs, such as a Project Planner plan you print, may not be fully accessible to screen readers. Ask us and we will send the same content in another format.
4. Other ways to reach us
Anything you can do on the website, you can also do by email or phone: ask a question, request a Growth Call, or ask for information in another format.
- Email: hello@worcia.com (opens in a new tab)
- Phone: +1 415 605 2585
5. Report a problem
If something on worcia.com or in Worcia Console is hard or impossible to use, please tell us. Email hello@worcia.com (opens in a new tab) with "Accessibility" in the subject and include:
- the page address;
- what you were trying to do and what went wrong;
- the browser and any assistive technology you use, if you are happy to share it.
A person replies within one business day. We will tell you what we will fix and when, and help you complete what you were trying to do in the meantime. You can also use our contact page.
6. About this statement
