01Notturno · Cadenza
Cadenza. Every lead, followed up until it's won.
Cadenza is Worcia's sales follow-up automation: inside your CRM it responds to every new lead in seconds, follows up on a schedule until the lead books or says no, cuts no-shows with reminders and brings old leads back.
At a glance
- What it is
- Sales follow-up automation that turns inquiries into revenue.
- Measured by
- Speed to lead · Follow-up coverage · Show rate · Conversion by stage · Revenue recovered
- Part of
- Notturno(we automate), one of three pillars delivered by one team
01Who it's for
Any business that gets more inquiries than it follows up: if leads go quiet because nobody had time to chase them, Cadenza is the fix.
- 01A real estate team replying to portal leads in under a minute
- 02A clinic cutting no-shows with confirmations and waitlist refills
- 03An agency chasing proposals until they're signed or declined
- 04A home services company reactivating last year's customers before peak season
Examples, not a list of who we serve: if your business runs on customers, it applies. Industries

03What's included
Everything inside Cadenza.
CRM setup or migration
One record per customer, with every call, message and booking on it. We migrate what you have.
Speed-to-lead responses
A real reply to every new inquiry within a minute, on the channel it came from.
Follow-up sequences
Calls, texts and emails on a schedule until the lead books, buys or says no.
Reminders and no-show recovery
Confirmations and reminders before the appointment; a rebook offer when someone misses it.
Old-lead reactivation
Consented, relevant outreach to past inquiries and past customers.
Review requests
Asked at the right moment, routed so problems reach you before they reach a review site.
Pipeline dashboards
Where every lead is, what it's worth and what happens next, without anyone updating a spreadsheet.
04Before and after
The same workflow, with and without it.
Drag the slider, or use the arrow keys, to compare.
Before
- 01Web inquiry lands in a shared inbox
- 02Someone replies the next afternoon
- 03One follow-up, then it's forgotten
- 04Nobody knows which leads are still open
After
- 01Reply within a minute, on the same channel
- 02Follow-ups run on a schedule until there's an answer
- 03Booked leads get reminders; no-shows get a rebook offer
- 04Every lead has a stage, a value and a next step
06What it is not
Clear edges.
- Not spam. Every sequence is consented, relevant and stops the moment someone replies or opts out.
- Not another tool for your team to update. The agents and the workflows keep it current.
- Not a rip-and-replace by default. If your CRM works, we automate around it.
07Works with
If it has an API, we connect it.

Questions about Cadenza
Do we have to change CRM?
No. If your CRM has an API and your team uses it, we automate around it. If it is the bottleneck, we set up or migrate to one that fits, and move your history across.
Won't automated follow-up annoy people?
Not when it is relevant, timed well and stops the moment someone replies or opts out. Sequences are written for your customers and reviewed with you before they run.
Is reactivating old leads allowed?
It depends on how the contact details were collected and where your customers are. We check consent and the rules that apply to you before any reactivation campaign runs.
How do we see what's working?
Pipeline dashboards show every lead's stage, value and next step, and we report the agreed targets: speed to lead, show rate, conversion by stage and revenue recovered.
