00The Worcia Method
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Clear targets.
The Worcia Method is how you buy from Worcia: five steps from a free 30-minute Growth Call to a system that keeps improving. You know exactly what will be built, what it costs and how it will be measured before any build starts.
01
Growth Call
Free, 30 minutes
- Typical duration
- 30 minutes
- Commercials
- Free.
Purpose
A working conversation about how inquiries reach you, where they stall and what that costs. You leave with a straight answer on fit, even when the answer is no.
You get
- A clear view of where your biggest leaks are
- Whether Worcia fits, and what to build, automate or grow first
- The Growth Blueprint fee, quoted on the call
We need from you
- 30 minutes
- A rough sense of your monthly calls, messages and inquiries
- The tools you use today
02
Growth Blueprint
Paid, fixed-fee diagnostic
- Typical duration
- About 1–2 weeks
- Commercials
- Fixed fee, quoted on your Growth Call, credited toward your Build Sprint.
Purpose
A short, fixed-fee diagnostic that turns the conversation into a plan you could hand to anyone. It ends with a fixed-price quote for the Build Sprint, and the fee is credited toward it.
You get
- A process map of how inquiries become revenue today
- Ranked opportunities, each with an impact estimate
- The system architecture: which engines, which modules, which integrations
- Targets for each outcome, set from your own baseline
- A fixed-price Build Sprint quote
We need from you
- Access to the people who handle inquiries and operations
- Read access to the tools involved, or exports from them
- Sample data: call logs, a CRM export, a week of inquiries
03
Build Sprint
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed targets
- Typical duration
- About 2–8 weeks, depending on scope
- Commercials
- Fixed price, quoted before any work starts.
Purpose
The build itself, delivered in working increments rather than one distant reveal. You see progress continuously and can redirect it while the work is still in motion.
You get
- The engines and modules defined in the Blueprint, built and integrated
- Agents tested against your real questions and scenarios before they go live
- Documentation for every workflow, agent and integration
We need from you
- One decision-maker with authority to approve
- Timely access to accounts and systems
- Feedback within the review windows we agree
04
Launch
Go-live, training, handover, monitoring
- Typical duration
- At the end of the Build Sprint, followed by a monitored settling-in period
- Commercials
- Included in the Build Sprint price.
Purpose
Production cutover with your team trained and the system monitored from day one, so the first real customers are handled exactly as tested.
You get
- Go-live, staged so nothing customer-facing breaks
- Training for the people who work alongside the system
- Runbooks, credentials and full handover of what you own
- Monitoring and alerting, plus a first measurement against the baseline
We need from you
- Time for your team to train
- A named owner for each workflow
05
Scale Partnership
Monthly optimisation and support
- Typical duration
- Ongoing
- Commercials
- Billed monthly. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Purpose
A monthly partnership that keeps the system improving: tuning agents against real conversations, adding automations as the business changes, and reporting the numbers that matter.
You get
- Monthly optimisation of agents, sequences and workflows
- New automations as your operation grows
- A monthly report against your targets
- Support and fixes
We need from you
- A monthly review conversation
- Early warning when the business changes
02Why it works this way
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Clear targets.
Fixed scope
A written definition of what the system will and won't do, per milestone. No ambiguity about what you're paying for.
Fixed price
Quoted before work starts. Changes are priced before they're built, and you can say no.
Clear targets
Response time, booked calls, show rate, revenue recovered, hours saved: set from your baseline, reported honestly.
Questions
Why is the Growth Blueprint paid?
Because it's real work: mapping your process, measuring your baseline and designing the system. You keep the Blueprint whatever you decide, and its fee is credited toward your Build Sprint if you go ahead.
What if the Blueprint shows automation isn't worth it?
Then it says so. A Blueprint that recommends doing less, or nothing yet, is a good outcome: you've spent a fixed fee instead of a build budget to find out.
What happens if the scope changes mid-sprint?
Small adjustments inside a milestone are part of the work. Anything that changes a deliverable, adds an integration or moves the timeline is quoted as a variation before it's built, and you can decline it.
Do we need a Scale Partnership?
No. Everything is documented and handed over at Launch, so your team or anyone you hire can run it. The Scale Partnership is for businesses that want the system tuned and extended month after month.
